SKAGIT COUNTY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES NOTICE OF DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION Administrative Setback Reduction Request File # PLAN2-2026-0001 Notice is hereby given that on January 20, 2026, Paul Johansen filed an Administrative Setback Reduction Request (PLAN2-2026-0001) to reduce the required front setback (south property line of parcel P20085) from 35 feet to approximately zero (0) feet to permit the construction of a new detached shop/garage located to the west of an existing single-family residence.
