Port of Skagit County, Laura Schumacher, 15400 Airport Dr Burlington, WA 98233-5311, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit.

The proposed project, Watershed Business Park Project #1, is located at the south side of Petersen Rd, approximately 1/2 mile east of the intersection with Higgins Airport Way in Burlington in Skagit County.
