Located at 4055 Slater Road, Ferndale, WA. Public Hearing 03/06/2026, 1:30 pm. Written & oral comments may be submitted at hearing. Mailed comments must be received prior to hearing day to be included in record. Hearings are being held in a hybrid format. Members of the public can join in person at the Council Chambers, Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Ave. or remotely via zoom.
