ORDINANCE NO. 1473 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RIDGEFIELD, WASHINGTON REPEALING SECTION 10.08.035 CONCERNING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TEMPORARY SPEED LIMITS TO RESCIND CERTAIN TEMPORARY SPEED LIMITS AND CREATING CHAPTER 12.17 TO ESTABLISH A PROCESS TO ADMINISTRATIVELY APPROVE TEMPORARY CLOSURE OR RESTRICTED USE OF CITY STREETS Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30) calendar days after adoption and publication pursuant to law ADOPTED AT A REGULAR SESSION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RIDGEFIELD, WASHINGTON THIS 12TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2026.
