NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY OF MOUNTLAKE TERRACE CITY COUNCIL A public hearing will be held by the Mountlake Terrace City Council on Thursday, March 5, 2026. The meeting will be held in person at City Hall (23204 58th Avenue W) and remotely via Zoom teleconference and telephone to consider: ORDINANCE ADOPTING ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT MANUAL AND ASSOCIATED CODE CHANGES To listen to the meeting by telephone, call 1-253-215-8782. To watch it online, go to https://zoom.us/join and enter meeting ID 810 1113 9518, then click join. No password required. To give public comment remotely (via Zoom or telephone), complete the Request Form for Remote Public Comment on the citys website, at least 24 hours before the meeting. Then, reply to the confirmation email by 4 p.m. on the day of meeting to comment that same evening. To make a public comment at a meeting in person, sign up at the meeting (no 24-hour notice required).
