NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION Notice is hereby given that Trenchman Shoring Services, Inc., a Washington corporation (the "Company"), has dissolved effective as of January 27, 2026. Any person having a claim against the Company is requested to present the claim in accordance with this notice. All claims against the Company must be submitted in writing to the Company at the mailing address stated below: 5552 E. Washington Street, Phoenix, AZ, 85034 All claims must include (i) the name and address of the claimant, (ii) the basis for the claim, and (iii) the date(s) of occurrence of the event(s) on which the claim is based.
