DJL Investments, LLC, David Litowitz, PO BOX 2616 Federal Way, WA 98093, is seeking coverage under the Washington State Department of Ecology's Construction Stormwater NPDES and State Waste Discharge General Permit. The proposed project, Henderson 94, is located at 7501 Henderson Blvd. SE in Tumwater in Thurston County. This project involves 8.3 acres of soil disturbance for Residential and Utilities construction activities. Construction stormwater discharges are planned to infiltrate to groundwater. If proposed BMPs fail or cannot handle tributary runoff, stormwater may enter existing Category III wetland.
