THE HEALING LODGE OF THE SEVEN NATIONS EV CHARGING STATIONS INSTALLATION

Project Description:

Scope of work includes: Install 2 EV Charging Stations that will charge two vehicles each. The project is based on the Electrical Engineers' recommendations. The charging stations will need power, data and a concrete slab to sit on. This is all specified in the drawings.

Responses to RFP should include all documents provided in RFP Attachment A and marked “Healing Lodge of the Seven Nations EV Charging Stations Installation” on the outside of the submitted sealed envelope. Responses must be received no later than March 11th at 1:00 pm. at the following address.

Bid Security
A Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent (5%) of the bid amount. As an option to a bid bond with a State Licensed Surety, certified check, or a cashier's check is acceptable and made payable to The Healing Lodge of the Seven Nations. This surety shall be forfeited in the event of failure by the successful bidder to sign a contract or to furnish the necessary one hundred percent, (100%), Performance Bond. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 45 days after the opening of bids. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.

Pre-Bid Conference/Walk-Through – February 24th 12:00 PM, located at 5600 East 8th Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA 99212. Please meet me at the FWHC, first building on the left as you come through the gate. General Contractor and major subcontractors are highly encouraged to attend.

The Healing Lodge of the Seven Nations reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality, to accept any alternate bids, and to make such award that it deems to be in its best interest.
