NINE MILE FALLS SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 325/179 SPOKANE AND STEVEN COUNTIES, WASHINGTON NOTICE OF MEETING TO ADOPT BUDGET EXTENSION AND CONDUCT PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to RCW 28A.505.050 and RCW 28A.505.060, that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Nine Mile Falls School District No. 325/179, Spokane and Stevens Counties, Washington (the “District”) will hold a public meeting on February 24, 2026, commencing at 6:00 PM at Nine Mile Falls Elementary School located at 10102 W Charles Rd, Nine Mile Falls, Washington 99026. The meeting is called for the purpose of fixing and adopting the budget extension of the District's Capital Projects Fund for the 2025-26 fiscal year. Prior to adoption of the 2025-26 budget extension, the Board will hold a hearing for the purpose of receiving comments from the public on the 2025-26 budget extension. Any person may appear at the hearing and be heard for or against any part of the 2025-26 budget extension. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the Board shall fix and determine the revised appropriation from the Capital Projects Fund contained in the 2025-26 budget and shall, by resolution, adopt the 2025-26 budget extension. 2025-26 budget extension information will be available February 12, 2026 at the district administration building located at 10110 West Charles Road, Nine Mile Falls, WA 99026. A copy of the budget extension will be furnished to any person who might request it. The Nine Mile Falls School District complies with all federal and state rules and regulations and does not discriminate in any programs or activities on the basis of sex, race, creed, religion, color, national origin, age, veteran or military status, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, disability, or the use of a trained dog guide or service animal and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups.
