INVITATION TO BID The City of Kennewick will receive sealed bids for RFP No. P2506-26 "15th Pl. & Bob Olson Signal", at the Dan Frost Municipal Services Building, 1010 E. Chemical Drive, Kennewick, WA 99336, until Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., and then be publicly opened and read aloud in the Frost Building Main Conference Room. This project is for the installation of a traffic signal system at the intersection of W. 15th Pl. & Bob Olson Pkwy. The project involves constructing two (2) Type III signal poles with mast arms for each pole to be installed at the northeast and southwest corners of the intersection. Signal poles, mast arms and associated equipment have been pre-purchased by the City. All Type III signal poles will require large foundations. The project also includes constructing curb, gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, storm drainage modifications, and striping revisions, along with constructing an eastbound to westbound right-turn declaration lane. Local Utility companies will be required to relocate existing utility vault structures and pedestals. No right of way is required for this project.
