KENNEWICK CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing is scheduled 3/3/2026 at 6:30 p.m. (doors open at 6:15 p.m.) to consider a Final Latecomer's Reimbursement Agreement, for sewer facilities on future S. Colorado St. Affected parties are the Kennewick property owners of parcel numbers:

The preliminary latecomer's agreement was established under Resolution 24-20 on 11/05/2024. The hearing will be held in Council Chambers at 210 W 6th Ave and broadcast live at www.go2kennewick.com.
