NOTICE of APPLICATION with SEPA Island County has reviewed the proposed project for probable adverse environmental impacts and expects to issue a determination of non-significance (DNS). The optional DNS process established by WAC 197-11-355 is being used. The public comment period as described below may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the following proposal. File: 030/26 S-CUP-II, Applicant: Kevin Tucker, Location: 3758 Steelhead Drive, Greenbank (S7310-03-00007-0), Proposal: The installation of an additional floating dock module measuring 20 feet by 8 feet to expand the existing dock system to the south. The additional module will be securely anchored an existing guide pile via guide pile hoop. Site is in or near: Mapped steep slopes, FEMA Flood Zone AE 12.1, NAD-AR feeder bluff, shoreline jurisdiction, aquatic zone Staff Contact: Yumi Shridhar; y.shridhar@islandcounty wa.gov Island County regulations under ICC 17.02B (Critical Areas), Title XI (Land Development Standards) & other applicable regulations are used to review & condition development to protect critical areas affected by this proposal.
