NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
INTENT TO SELL REAL PROPERTY
 
The ESD105 Board of Directors hereby announces their intent to sell real property located at 401 S 12th Avenue and 1114, 1120, 1122, 1124 W Spruce Street, Yakima, WA.
 
Further notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors, during their regularly scheduled meeting on February 24, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. at 111 S 2nd Avenue, will hold a public hearing on the proposed sale. Any person may appear at the hearing to admit evidence offered for and against the propriety and advisability of the proposed sale.
