THE UNIVERSITY OF ARIZONA® NOTICE TO FIRMS OF INTENT TO RECEIVE PROPOSALSSealed proposals will be received until 2:00 PM, MST on May 22, 2026 by the University of Arizona, in care of Procurement and Contracting Services, attention: Celeste Kanzig, for:Online Brand Strategy and Creative DevelopmentA non-mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on May 12, 2026 at 2:00 PM MST .Any and all questions concerning this Request for Proposals shall be received prior to May 14, 2026 no later than 12:00 PM MST .Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the specifications on file in the office of the Chief Procurement Officer located at 888 N Euclid Ave., Tucson, AZ 85721.Proposals will be received through the Box File upload link provided in the RFP document. Specifications for the proposed work may be inspected at Procurement and Contracting Services or obtained upon request.Please refer to Request for Proposals No. L192611 .The University reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive or decline to waive irregularities in any proposal, or to withhold the award for any reason it may determine. The University also reserves the right to hold any or all proposals for a period of ninety (90) days after the opening.
