Cascada - Sewer Public NoticeCascada Community Facilities District Invitation For Bid (IFB)Sewer Improvements BP Cascada Partners, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (Contract Administrator), is seeking bids from qualified contractors for the installation of Cascada Sewer Improvements in Marana, AZ. The Scope of Work entails, but is not limited to, the installation of PVC sanitary sewer piping and sanitary sewer structures. All qualified interested contractors are invited to submit bids in accordance with the requirements detailed in this IFB. The work included in this IFB is the subject of separate District Development and Financing Participation, Waiver, and Intergovernmental Agreements for Cascada Community Facilities District. The successful contractor will not have recourse, directly or indirectly, to the Town of Marana or Cascada Community Facilities District. The contract with the awarded bidder will be with Contract Administrator and not the Town of Marana or Cascada Community Facilities District. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (local time) at the office of Contract Administrator, located at 20 E. Congress Street, Suite 300, Tucson, AZ 85701. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than Monday, May 11, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. (local time). Sealed bids must be received by Thursday, May 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (local time) and should be directed to Matt Dickey and hand delivered to BP Cascada Partners, LLC., 20 E. Congress Street, Suite 300, Tucson, AZ 85701. No bid will be accepted after the specified date and time. All bid packet submittals must be sealed and clearly marked as follows in the lower left-hand corner of the envelope: Cascada Community Facilities District: Cascada Sewer Improvements The plans and IFB packet can be obtained from Contract Administrator, via Hightail. Contact both Matt Dickey and Alex James at mdickey@bourncompanies.com and ajames@bourncompanies.com for registration, instructions and information regarding this IFB. Contract Administrator is not responsible for the pre-opening of, the post opening of, the failure to open, or a bid that is not properly identified. Arizona Statutory Bid Bond – Bids must be accompanied by a scan of an original certified check, cashier's check or surety bond for ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Total Bid Amount made payable to BP Cascada Partners, LLC pursuant to A.R.S. § 34-201(A)(3). The Arizona Statutory Bid Bond form included in the IFB packet is included for surety bonds. Bonding companies must be licensed in Arizona. Original hard copy document must be provided upon request. The contractor must have the appropriate license issued by the State of Arizona Registrar of Contractors in order to bid and maintain same through the duration of the project. Failure to have the appropriate license at the time of bid opening may result in rejection of the bid without further recourse and award of the contract to the next lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The selected contractor will be invited to enter into negotiations with the Contract Administrator for a fixed-price construction services contract including all terms required by ARS §34-221.
