NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGOF THE TOWN OF SNOWFLAKEPLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION Notice is hereby given to the public that the Snowflake Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at Town Hall at 81 W. 1st St. South, Snowflake, AZ 85937 on May 19, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. The purpose of the hearing is to Consider a Variance request pertaining to Town Code 10-6-3 relating to the setback requirements. Aaron Whiting is proposing an accessory dwelling unit to be placed in an existing garage which sets approximately 4.5 feet into an existing setback. The parcel no. is 202-47-009 and the address is 3105 W Jasmin Ln, Snowflake, AZ 85937.
