NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGOF THE TOWN OF SNOWFLAKEPLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION	Notice is hereby given to the public that the Snowflake Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing at Town Hall at 81 W. 1st St. South, Snowflake, AZ 85937 on May 19, 2026 at 7:00 P.M.	The purpose of the hearing is to Consider a Variance request pertaining to Town Code 10-6-3 relating to the setback requirements. Ryan and Kathryn Melzer are proposing building improvements to their home that would encroach on the setback requirements.
