Invitation for Bid (IFB) #10214188 IFB #10214188 with the California Department of Water Resources (DWR) for the inspection, testing, maintenance, refurbishment, repair, replacement, and installation of water treatment systems DWR facilities located throughout the State Water Project (SWP). Bidder and any identified subcontractors must be registered as a Public Works Contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations. The bid must be accompanied by one of the following forms of bidder's security: cash, cashier's check, certified check, or bidder's bond executed by a surety registered with the California Department of Insurance and made payable to DWR for ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount.
