NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS STRATEGIC COMMUNITY OUTREACH, COMMUNICATIONS, AND PUBLIC EDUCATION SERVICES Notice is hereby given that the San Gabriel Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District ( District) invites qualified firms to submit proposals to provide strategic community outreach, communications, and public education services. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 PM on Tuesday, May 26, 2026 , in accordance with the submission requirements set forth in the Request for Proposals.
