NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the South Orange County Community College District, of Orange County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT," will receive up to, but not later than, the above-stated time, responses to the Request for Qualifications and Proposals for the above Project.There will be a mandatory pre-proposal meeting conducted via Zoom on May 7, 2026 at 10:00 AM. All RFQ&P respondents shall confirm their attendance by email to: purchasing-dept@socccd.edu by May 5, 2026 at 5:00 PM. The subject line should read: "RFQ&P 14407-2026 Pre-Proposal Meeting Confirmation." Physical presence is not required. A call-in number will be provided prior to the meeting day to those who confirm attendance. Any proposer that does not attend the entire conference and/or does not arrive on-time may be deemed non-responsive.All individuals in attendance at the mandatory pre-proposal meeting shall comply with District’s policies, procedures, rules, regulations and/or guidelines that include but are not limited to code of conduct, harassment, discrimination, and conflict of interest. Individuals who are determined by the District to be harassing, uncooperative, demeaning, intimidating, or a threat to the safety of persons or property shall be promptly removed by the District and may not be permitted to provide a proposal for this Project or attend future pre-proposal meetings.A complete Request for Qualifications and Proposals may be viewed online at www.socccd.edu at the Bids link.Any and all questions must be sent via email to purchasing-dept@socccd.edu. Contractors shall reference RFQ&P 14407-2026 RFIs in the email subject line.
