Proposals RequestedTahoe-Truckee Sanitation Agency (“Agency” or “T-TSA”) hereby invites qualified firms (“proposers”) to submit written proposals to provide professional services to perform a Wastewater Connection Charge and Sewer Service Rate Study. Pre-Proposal InquiresQuestions regarding this solicitation should be directed to Kevin Demm, either by email at kdemm@ttsa.ca.gov or by phone at (530) 587-2525. To ensure a timely response, inquiries should be made by 4:00 PM on April 16, 2026, Information in response to inquiries may be published as an RFP Addendum.
Proposal DeadlineAll proposals must be received no later than Monday, May 11, at 4:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). The Agency will accept electronic proposal submissions only. Hard-copy, mailed, courier-delivered or hand delivered proposals will be accepted and will be deemed non-responsive. Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to Kevin Demm at: kdemm@ttsa.ca.gov. It is the proposer’s responsibility to ensure that Proposals are submitted and received in a timely and proper manner, and any proposals received after the established deadline will be returned to the Offeror and will not receive further consideration in the evaluation process. Proposals are not publicly opened (disclosed).The right is reserved by Tahoe-Truckee Sanitation Agency to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities or informalities not affected by law, to evaluate the proposals submitted, and to award the contract according to the proposal which best serves the interests of the Agency.
