NOTICE INVITING BIDSWESTMINSTER SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Westminster School District, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as “District”, will receive prior to 2:00 p.m., May 13, 2026, sealed bids from for the award of a Contract for the following: HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTBid No. 2025/26-06 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Westminster School District, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as "DISTRICT," will receive up to, but not later than, the above-stated bid deadline, sealed bids (Invitation for Bid) at the place identified above for the award of a contract for 2025/26-06 High Voltage Electrical Equipment . It is the Bidder's sole responsibility to ensure that their bid is received prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. In accordance with Government Code § 53068, any bids received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids shall be returned to the Bidder unopened. A sealed bid opening will be conducted for this equipment procurement on May 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Each bid must conform and be responsive to the bid documents. Bid documents will be made available on April 24, 2026 as a download at https://www.wsdk8.us/divisions/business-services/purchasing/current-bidding-opportunities . Bidders will be responsible for reproducing all documents related to this bid. All bids shall be made and presented on the forms provided in the bid documents. Bidders must submit one (1) paper copy and one (1) digital copy (flash drive) of their proposal. Both formats (paper copy and the digital copy/flash drive of the response) are required. No Bidder may withdraw any bid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days after the date set for the opening of the bids. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities therein. The District will record and provide answers to any questions or requests for clarifying information about the solicitation during the question and answer period. Any questions regarding bid documents shall be reduced to writing and emailed to Scott Harvey at sharvey@wsdk8.us by no later than May 6, 2026, by 4:00 PM.
