NOTICE INVITING GENERAL CONTRACTOR PREQUALIFICATION The North Orange County Community College District is calling for electronic Statements of Bidder’s Qualifications for Bid #2526-14, Exterior Green Community Space Enhancement at Anaheim Campus. The Statement of Bidder’s Qualifications shall be completed and submitted by contractors holding a valid Class A General Engineering Contractor license intending to bid on the project. Only contractors who meet the prequalification requirements will be invited to bid this project. Contractor bidding on this project and Subcontractors performing any portion of the Work must register with the California Department of Industrial Relations (“DIR”) and comply with the requirements of Senate Bill 854. Interested participants should attend a non-mandatory virtual prequalification conference at 1:00 PM on March 9, 2026. Interested participants must contact Matt Pirayeh at mattpirayeh@maasco.com by March 6 to request an invitation to the meeting. Attendees are advised to log in 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted session. Prevailing Wage: The Contractor and all subcontractors shall comply with California Labor Code §1773 requiring payment of general prevailing rates. Prequalified contractors must possess a valid California Class A General Engineering Contractor license at the time of bid submission and shall maintain such license in good standing for the duration of the Project.
