Request for Proposals CORE Construction along with Berkeley Unified School District requests proposals from licensed subcontractors for the following Lease-Leaseback project: Berkeley Unified School District Berkeley High School Field Replacement Project 1980 Allston Way Berkeley, CA 94704 Scheduled bidding period 4/1/2026 4/17/2026 The project consists of the like-for-like replacement of the existing synthetic turf field. Work includes removal and disposal of the current turf system, as well as all necessary subgrade preparation and compaction to support the new installation. No design drawings have been prepared for this scope, as the intent is to replace the existing system in kind. No specific product has been designated for this project. The District invites proposals that meet or exceed the performance characteristics and criteria of the existing system.
