Berkeley High School Theater, Main Auditorium & Little Theater Renovation Project: Increment 2 NOTICE TO INTERESTED TRADE CONTRACTORS Gilbane is requesting Trade Contractors to bid on Increment 2 of the Project, which involves historic renovation of the Florence Schwimley Little Theater and the Berkeley Community Theater within a K-12 project. Berkeley's Community Theater scope includes a full seismic upgrade, accessible seating modifications, a new lift to the balcony, and technical production upgrades, along with associated finish repairs throughout the auditorium. Florence Schwimley Little Theater's scope includes accessible seating upgrades, new production rigging, new performer support spaces, and a building addition containing an audience lobby as a commitment to preserving the Art Deco restoration and the asbestos abatement.
