MT. DIABLO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the governing board ("Board") of the Mt. Diablo Unified School District ("District") will receive sealed bids to construct the following project: BID#1976 - 2026 MDUSD Central Services Technology Infrastructure Upgrades. All bids shall be on the form provided by the District. Bid documents are available on the MDUSD PlanetBids Vendor Portal, under Bid Opportunities: https://vendors.planetbids.com/portal/75531/portal-home Contractors must submit bids through the District's e-bidding platform, PlanetBids, on or before 10:00 a.m., May 29, 2026. After which at the District Office, located at Purchasing and Warehouse, 2326 Bisso Lane, California 94520, the District will open the bids and publicly read them aloud. Any bid that is submitted after this time shall be non-responsive and returned to the Bidder. The Project consists of: Fully re-cable the data network with electrical, paint, and anchorage/bracing scope. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess one or more of the following State of California Contractor Licenses: C-10 and/or C-7. The Bidder's license(s) must be active and in good standing at the time of the bid opening and must remain so throughout the term of the Contract. A mandatory-bid conference and site visits will be held on May 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM starting at 1480 Gasoline Alley, Concord CA 94520. All prospective Bidders are required to sign in at the main entrance of the MDUSD Maintenance Office. The Site Visit is expected to take approximately three hours.
