Bids received after the deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Bids shall be electronically unsealed and publicly read aloud at the stated date and time.Each bidder shall possess, at the time the bid is awarded, a valid Class C-33 license pursuant to Public Contract Code Section 3300.
