Fremont Unified School District WASHINGTON HS WALK-IN FREEZER & MISSION SAN JOSE HS SERVERY BID # 525-01-20-26 Fremont Unified School District is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations, to install walk-freezer at Washington HS and servery alterations at Mission San Jose HS, as further described in the Bid. Contract Documents will be available on or after March 6, 2026, and may be downloaded from the District's website, www.fremontunified.org/bids. Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6, only prequalified bidders will be eligible to submit a bid for this Project. Any bid submitted by a bidder who is not prequalified shall be non-responsive and returned unopened to the bidder. Interested bidders can submit prequalification packets at https://fremontunified.org/about/operations/facilities-construction/. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 18, 2026, at 11:00a.m. at Washington High School 38442 Fremont Blvd Fremont, CA 94536 All participants are required to sign in to validate attendance. The pre-bid conference is expected to take approximately one hour. Failure to attend or tardiness will render the bid ineligible.
