Fremont Unified School District THORTON MIDDLE SCHOOL MPR RENOVATIONS BID # 529-02-05-26 Fremont Unified School District is requesting qualified persons, firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations, to perform the MPR renovations and roofing work in MPR building at Thornton Middle School, as further described in the Bid. Contract Documents will be available on or after February 20, 2026, and may be downloaded from the Districtƒs website, www.fremontunified.org/bids. Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6, only prequalified bidders will be eligible to submit a bid for this Project. Any bid submitted by a bidder who is not prequalified shall be non-responsive and returned unopened to the bidder. Interested bidders can submit prequalification packets at https://fremontunified.org/about/operations/facilities-construction/. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on March 4, 2026, at 2:00p.m. at Thornton Middle School 4357 Thornton Ave Fremont, CA 94536 All participants are required to sign in to validate attendance. The pre-bid conference is expected to take approximately one hour. Failure to attend or tardiness will render the bid ineligible.
