INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) C26040FCONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR RTA WENTWORTH FACILITY
Riverside Transit Agency (RTA) invites sealed bids from qualified firms experienced to provide construction services for tenant improvements for the Agency’s existing facility located at 3750 Wentworth Drive, Hemet, California. Prospective bidders shall have at least five (5) years of recent relevant project experience and possess a state of California Class “A” or “B” Contractor’s license. This is a prevailing wage project; therefore, the bidder and any of the bidder’s subcontractors must be registered with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations at the time of the bid submittal. RTA anticipates an award of a firm-fixed priced contract and is estimated to be awarded in June 2026.
