C245113Prospective bidders are hereby notified that the Jurupa Community Services District, California (District) will receive bids for the District's Heli-Hydrant Fire Protection System - Phase 2 (Benedict Tank Site), JCSD P.N. C245113. The projects consist of site improvements to facilitate installation of a Heli- Hydrant system (Heli-Hydrant by others) at the Benedict Reservoirs site. The successful Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, transportation, tools, supplies, plant, equipment, and appurtenances, unless specifically excepted, for the satisfactory completion of the entire contract work, in accordance with the Specifications and Drawings.The Engineer's Estimated Construction Cost is $479,295. All work under this contract shall be completed and operational within one hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the date the District gives written "Notice of Award" to the Contractor.The District has determined that a Class "A" (General Engineering Contractor) license is necessary to bid this project. If the bidder is a specialty contractor, the bidder is alerted to the requirements of Business and Professions Code Section 7059.Bid proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. on May 14, 2026, VIA EMAIL ONLY (jcsdbids@jcsd.us). At 3:30 p.m. such bids will be publicly opened and read. DO NOT DELIVER BIDS TO DISTRICT OFFICES.
