A mandatory virtual prebid conference will be held via Zoom on Monday, May 11, 2026, beginning promptly at 10:00 A.M. A mandatory inperson job walk will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, beginning promptly at 10:00 A.M. Bids are due no later than Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. At the time bids are submitted, each Bidder shall possess a valid California Contractor License A or B, by the contractor or one of its subcontractors.
