NOTICE INVITING BIDS N AVE TRAFFIC CIRCLES PROJECT, CIP 2508 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of National City, hereinafter referred to as the Agency, invites electronic bids for the above stated Project and will receive such bids through the vendor PlanetBids up to the hour of 5:00 P.M., on Tuesday, April 28, 2026 . The National City Planet Bids link for downloading the documents for the project is: http://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=24103. The general scope of work is to complete the construction of traffic calming improvements along N Avenue, including, but not limited to the installation of traffic circles at the intersection of N Avenue and E 20th Street and E 22nd Street. This project is subject to the National City project labor agreement. The estimated construction cost $323,153.00. Bidders must possess a valid State of California A general contractor's license.
