Invitation for Bid The Port of Oakland (sometimes referred to herein as "Buyer") is soliciting competitive bids to supply the Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport ("OAK") with Security ID Badges, Printer Supplies, and Accessories (Bid No. 25-26/30) for the Port of Oakland (Attention: Michael De Leon), at 530 Water St. (Purchasing Department), Oakland CA 94607, until 2:00 p.m. on June 11, 2026. The purpose of this Bid is to select a vendor for its Security ID Badges, Accessories, and Printer Supplies for a period of two (2) years contract term. The Port cannot guarantee any actual quantities but is requiring the supplier to commit to a firm price for three (3) years. The Port has standardized on specific brand products/part numbers to be used at the Oakland San Francisco Bay Airport Security Badging Office and will not accept alternative or comparable brand products. The Port will purchase only new products; therefore, alternative bids such as "Demo" or used products are not acceptable. After the submission of the Bid, and should the need arise, the Port reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of products at the quoted bid price.
