NOTICE INVITING BIDS Office Supplies Bid No. 26/27002 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Chaffey Joint Union High School District (hereinafter called DISTRICT) 211 West Fifth Street, Ontario, County of San Bernardino, State of California, 91762, acting by and through its Governing Board, will receive sealed bids for the award of a contract for Office Supplies . All bids shall be made on form(s) furnished by the DISTRICT. Bids must be received in the office of the Director of Purchasing and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at 2 :00 p.m. on May 15, 2026. Bid will be awarded on an item by item basis to lowest responsive responsible bidder(s). Bids must conform with and be responsive to the contract documents, copies of which are on file and may be obtained from the office of the Director of Purchasing. All requests for information and/or clarification regarding the Bid documents shall be submitted via email to Heather Burke, Buyer, at heather.burke@cjuhsd.net Requests must be submitted no later than Thursday, April 30, 2026 at 10:00 AM PST . Any request made after such date shall not be responded to. The Chaffey Joint Union High School District and its Board of Trustees reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to be the sole judges of the merits and qualifications of items offered, to waive any informality in the bid. The delivery date, specifications and quality of the items will be considered when making the selection. Bidders may not withdraw their bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Refer to the bid documents for additional information, terms, and conditions. The complete bid documents, terms and conditions are considered one complete component and cannot be altered in any way, except by a District issued amendment.
