CUCAMONGA SCHOOL DISTRICT NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP No. 2526009 AFTER SCHOOL TUTORING SERVICES NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cucamonga School District (CSD) is inviting qualified vendors to submit proposals for the Expanded Learning Opportunities (ELOP) After School Tutoring Services for the development of independently designed, planned, administered, and operation of highquality tutoring services focusing on literacy and mathematics. Proposals must align with the district's goals of delivering standardsbased content through engaging, handson activities that promote critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. The services will tentatively begin in October 2026 to April of 2027. The program shall serve multiple groups of students in grades K8. Proposals will be evaluated on alignment with project goals, expertise, quality of materials, costeffectiveness, and support plans, and shall comply with all applicable federal, state, and local technical, environmental, and performance standards and specifications. The district will accept proposals until 2:00 p.m. on May 21, 2026. This project is federally and state funded through the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) grant. Each proposer must comply with all applicable Labor Code provisions, federal regulations, and all other documents comprising the contract documents. Successful Respondent(s) must provide evidence of having obtained certain minimum policies of insurance prior to award.
