Project Title: Post Park Wood Management Phase II Bid # 396-5-2 Location: Various Eastern Tehama County Roadsides and adjacent permitted parcels (Within Park Fire Burn Scar) Description of Work: Pre-Bid Meeting: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday March 5th at 8:30 a.m. at the Resource Conservation District of Tehama County's (RCDTC) office, 202 Walnut Street. Red Bluff, Ca 96080. Attendance is required for all prospective bidders. Immediately following the meeting, contractors will participate in a site tour of the project area. Bid Submission: Physical paper-copy bids must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. PST on March 10th 2026. Late submissions will NOT be accepted. Digital submission will NOT be accepted. Bid Opening and Reading: opening and reading of bids will be conducted in person 4:10 p.m. PST on March 10th 2026. Located at RCDTC office. Licensing: licenses required to conduct this project including: 1.C-61 or C-49 and/or D-49 License. Prevailing wage: This public is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). All contractors and subcontractors must be currently registered with DIR and pay no less than CA prevailing wages. Bid Security: Each bid must include a bidders bond equal to at least 10% of the total bid amount, payable to the RCDTC. Right to Reject: The RCDTC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and award the contract in the best interest of the district.
