REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Red Bluff Union Elementary School District of Tehama County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District will receive up to, but not later than 4:00 p.m. PST March 11, 2026 bids for the award of E-Rate contracts for the following: E-Rate Year 29 (2026-2027) Network Electronics: Switches RFP NO: 2026-02 470 NO. 260015336 RFP available to the public: Wednesday, February 11, 2026 RFP Submission Deadline: Wednesday, March 11, 2026 4:00 PM PST Submissions received after deadline will not be considered All proposals must be submitted (in a sealed envelope) to: RBUESD Attention: Kristin Bowling 1755 Airport Blvd Red Bluff, CA 96080 And/ or via email and submitted to: erate@rbuesd.org RFP documents and all addendum(s), questions and answers will be posted to the district's website at https://www.rbuesd.org/Departments/Technology/index.html in addition to the E-rate EPC website at https://portal.usac.org/suite/ The Board reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informality in any proposals received. No vendor may withdraw his proposal for a period of Ninety (90) calendar days after the date set for the receipt of proposals. Vendor must participate in the E-Rate Program and must provide a Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and Federal Registration Number (FCC-FRN) with the proposal.
