REQUEST FOR STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS AND PROPOSALS FOR ARCHITECTURAL MASTER PLANNING AND INNOVATION SERVICES The Ross School District ("District") is requesting submission of statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations ("Firm(s)") to develop a Facilities Master Plan to assist the District in facilities planning for its programs and school not only to meet the state standard educational requirements, but also to provide forward thinking and innovating learning spaces that will ready the District for the future. This request is not a formal request for bids or an offer by the District to contract with any firm responding to this Request for Statement of Qualifications and Proposals ("RFQ/P"). The award of any award of a contract will be subject to the District's Board's approval. Firms that intend to submit an SOQ must be insured, must be a licensed architect, and must maintain a full-service office within one hundred(100) miles of the District. Your Statement of Qualifications submittal must be received by 4:00 p.m. on March 20, 2026. Submittals received after this date and time will not be accepted by the District. Please submit five (5) copies of your completed Statement of Qualifications to Carol Slender, Chief Business Official, P.O. Box 1058, Ross, CA 94957 or you may drop off at 9 Lagunitas Road, Ross CA 94957. Facsimile (FAX) copies of proposals will not be accepted. There will be no pre-proposal meeting.
