NOTICE FOR BIDS We are pricing the Metropolitan Airpark offsite work at the Brown Field Municipal Airport along Otay Mesa Road inSan Diego CA. Work includes site utilities, street improvements, traffic signal modification, traffic control signing/striping,and landscape. This work is to be completed under a Project Labor Agreement.
