NOTICE FOR BIDS We are pricing the Metropolitan Airpark offsite work at the Brown Field Municipal Airport along Otay Mesa Road in San Diego CA. Work includes site utilities, street improvements, traffic signal modification, traffic control signing/striping, and landscape. This work is to be completed under a Project Labor Agreement.Bids are due March 26, 2026, at 5PM by electronic mail to Max Timoshchik MaxT@oltmans.com or Dean Burdick (DeanB@oltmans.com)Must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations and qualified to perform public work.
