NOTICE OF INVITING PROPOSALS NOTICE IS HERE BY GIVEN The City of Stockton, California, will receive sealed proposals until Wednesday, May 20, 2026, 3:00 p.m., for the 2026 On-Call Pothole Services in accordance with the request for proposal for Project No.OM- 26-061. Each proposal shall be submitted as one packet and shall be accompanied by the Non-Collusion Declaration and all of the required documents and information. The pricing shall be submitted under a separate, sealed envelope. Each proposer shall be licensed in accordance with applicable State laws. The City of Stockton encourages local Stockton firms to propose on this project, and the City encourages proposers to use local Stockton firms as subconsultants. Accordingly, the Local Business Preference Ordinance applies to this project. This project is subject to the requirements of the City's Local Employment Ordinance. Please see the website www.stocktonca.gov/pwbid for further information. Each sealed proposal shall be marked "PROPOSAL" and shall indicate the project name, number, and proposal opening date, and shall be mailed or delivered to Public Works, 1465 S. Lincoln Street, Stockton, California 95206, at or before the hour stated. Proposers are hereby notified that the successful proposer and any subconsultant under them shall pay prevailing wage rates in accordance with the State of California Department of Industrial Relations. A contract will be awarded to the proposer who best meets the needs of the City, provided, however, that the City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to re-advertise for proposals or to provide for the work to be done by the City of Stockton.
