INVITATION FOR SUBCONTRACTOR BIDS We are requesting sub bids and material quotes from Certified DVBE, LBE, DBE, MBE, WBE, SBE and all others for: Project: Jesse Bethel High School Sports Fields Modernization Bid Date/time: 5/20/26 @ 2PM Location: Vallejo, CA Owner: Vallejo City Unified School District This is a Lease Leaseback Guaranteed Maximum Price Project and Scope Includes: New track and field surfaces, new synthetic turf surface at existing base and softball fields, bleachers with maximum 5 rows at each location, new scoreboard, new restroom building "U" adjacent to the fields with power from Building S. Project Labor Prevailing Wage & Skilled & Trained See (Alten Insurance Packet or Agreement (PLA) Weekly Certified Workforce Requirements Insurance Requirements in the Payroll Reports on - See PLA "Owner Contract Extract" File) for LCP Tracker Insurance Requirements to Include in your bid 5-10% Retention RFI Deadline is MEP+FS Subs MUST be Duration Dates ASAP requalified with District 2 June 2026 - August 2027 weeks prior to bid $1,000 per Calendar Day Non-Mandatory for Refer to "Owner Contract 2-Year General Warranty - Liquidated Damages Subs / Highly Extracts for Sub Bids" folder (refer to your spec section for Recommended Site on Building Connected for other potential warranties) Walk See Bid Clarification additional bid for Site Map etc. documentation to include in your bid.
