There will be two mandatory pre-proposal facility tour and tasting events hosted at: 18422 Bear Valley Road Building 11 Victorville, CA 92395 on 4/1/2026 at 1pm PT AND 1145 Church St, Redlands, CA 92374 on 4/2/2026 at 1pm PT.
