City of Visalia, CA Request for Bids 25-26-47 Bomb Response Vehicle SEALED BIDS will be received by Visalia Purchasing Dept., 707 W. Acequia Ave., Visalia, CA, until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, for a bomb response vehicle. This project is subject to state and federal requirements described in the specifications. For specifications and bid documents, call (559) 713-4334 or email purchasing@visalia.gov. The documents are available at various builders’ exchanges and can also be downloaded by visiting our website visalia.gov/purchasing and following the prompts to register with BidNet Direct. A non-mandatory pre-bid teleconference has been scheduled for this project on Friday, May 8, 2026, at 10:00am. Interested bidders are encouraged to participate.
