NOTICE INVITING BIDS Respondents are invited to provide the Long Beach Utilities Department bids for On-Call Services for Emergency Water and Sewer Repairs (WD-04-25)The work includes but is not limited to emergency repairs of existing water and sewer mains, emergency repairs at the Long Beach Groundwater Treatment Plant, sewer lift stations, and other facilities, traffic control, video inspection, cleaning, and rehabilitating sewers using cured-in-place pipe, repaving and slurry sealing street trench sections after construction, draining existing mains and groundwater dewatering .Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend an optional online pre-bid conference with the Owner and Owner’s representatives on Wednesday March 11, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. where the scope of work will be presented.
