NOTICE INVITING BIDS Respondents are invited to provide the Long Beach Utilities Department bids for the Alamitos Tanks Nos. 11 & 13 Rehabilitation Project (EO3600) The work consists of the rehabilitation of two water tanks and includes coating, interior repairs, roof hatch replacement, safety railings, inlet/outlet and overflow improvements, drain replacement, new nozzles, and cathodic protection replacement. Prospective bidders are required to attend a mandatory prebid conference with the Owner and Owner's representatives at 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 3627 East Pacific Coast Highway, Long Beach, CA 90804 where the scope of work will be presented and allow bidders to see the site conditions. Prospective bidders must request an invitation to the prebid conference by emailing peter.nguyen@lbwater.org and must include the following in the email subject line: Alamitos Tanks No. 11 & 13 Rehabilitation (EO3600): RSVP to PreBid Conference.
