PUBLIC NOTICE LOS GATOSSARATOGA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) SPECIAL EDUCATION PUPIL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES RFP No. [2026-9-2027] The Los GatosSaratoga Union High School District ("District") is requesting sealed Proposals from qualified and licensed firms to provide Special Education Pupil Transportation Services for home-to-school, school-to-home, vocational/community-based programs, and other District-directed student transportation. Proposal Submission: Hard copy submissions (1 original + 2 copies) must be delivered to the District's Business Services Department, 17421 Farley Road West, Los Gatos, CA 95030, or electronically as two separate PDFs (Technical and Price) to dcarota@lgsuhsd.org with the required subject line format. No fax submissions accepted. Deadline: Proposals are due April 16, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Late proposals will not be accepted. There will be no public opening. Questions: All questions must be submitted via email to dcarota@lgsuhsd.org, Attn: Dustin Carota, by [April 9, 2026]. Communication with District personnel outside the designated contact is prohibited and may result in disqualification. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive immaterial irregularities. Proposals may not be withdrawn for 60 days after the deadline.
