PUBLIC NOTICE LOS GATOSSARATOGA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) SPECIAL EDUCATION PUPIL TRANSPORTATION SERVICES RFP No. [2026-9-2027] The Los GatosSaratoga Union High School District ("District") is requesting sealed Proposals from qualified and licensed firms to provide Special Education Pupil Transportation Services for home-to-school, school-to-home, vocational/community-based programs, and other District-directed student transportation. Proposal Submission: Hard copy submissions (1 original + 2 copies) must be delivered to the District' s Business Services Department, 17421 Farley Road West, Los Gatos, CA 95030, or electronically as two separate PDFs ( Technical and Price) to dcarota@lgsuhsd.org with the required subject line format. No fax submissions accepted. Deadline: Proposals are due [April 16, 2026] at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Late proposals will not be accepted. There will be no public opening. Communication with District personnel outside the designated contact is prohibited and may result ni disqualification.
