NO: 01-122776 and 01-122777 Joaquin Moraga Intermediate School & Donald Rheem Elementary School Modernization 1010 Camino Pablo 90 Laird Dr. Moraga, CA 94556 Moraga, CA 94556 Scheduled bidding period 02/18/2026 - 03/04/2026 The Project scope consists of modernization and site improvement work at Joaquin Moraga Intermediate School and Donald Rheem Elementary School includes roof replacement, fire alarm replacement, window replacement, playground equipment, field regrading and reseeding, stormwater reconnection, path of travel upgrades, landscape and irrigation improvements, HVAC replacement, fencing, selective demolition, and doors, frames, and hardware with glazing. Additional work at Joaquin Moraga IS includes new shade structures; at Donald Rheem ES, it includes food service equipment, and playground surfacing at an active school campus. There will be a non-mandatory site walk 02/25 at 3:00PM. Moraga School District participates in CUPCCAA under Public Contract Code Sections 22000-22045.
